Not included in any plan: custom development, redesigns, and writing content. We're happy to quote those separately.
The one-time cleanup has no subscription. Monthly plans bought with a discounted cleanup have a 3-month minimum. If you cancel before then, the regular $349 cleanup price applies, minus what you've already paid. After that, cancel any time.
If we can't clean your site, we refund the cleanup fee.
One-time cleanups include 14 days of coverage: if the same infection comes back, we clean it again at no charge. On Protect and Protect + Support, re-cleanups are included for as long as you're subscribed.
Content updates, plugin and theme issues, small layout fixes, and similar changes. Unused time doesn't roll over. Custom development, redesigns, and writing content are quoted separately.
Protect + Support members get a priority phone line for urgent issues, and we share the number when you sign up. Everyone else reaches us by email or ticket, and we reply within 1 business day.
No, WooCommerce stores are the same price. If card-skimming malware may have exposed payment details, we'll explain what that means and quote any extra work before we start.
Each price covers one WordPress installation. If several sites on the same hosting account are infected, or you run WordPress multisite, we'll quote it. Just ask.
