How fast can you start?
We reply within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, 9–5 ET). Once we have access to your site, most cleanups are finished within 1–2 business days.
What do you need from me?
Your WordPress admin login and your hosting login (or SFTP details). We send you a secure, self-destructing link to share them, so your passwords never sit in an email.
What if you can't fix it?
Then you don't pay. If we can't clean your site, we refund the cleanup fee.
What if it gets hacked again?
One-time cleanups include 14 days of coverage. On a Protect plan, we re-clean your site as many times as needed for as long as you're with us.
Do you work with my hosting company?
Yes. We clean WordPress sites on any host: shared hosting, managed WordPress hosts, and VPS servers.
Do you fix WooCommerce stores?
Yes, at the same price. If card-skimming malware may have exposed payment details, we'll talk you through what that means and quote any extra work before starting.
